Debbie McKenna is the Vice President of Engineering for Northrop Grumman Space Systems, Payload and Ground Division. In this role, Ms. McKenna ensures engineering performance on programs, directs staffing, training and personnel development activities for more than 5,000 engineers supporting program execution and new business pursuits in multiple locations across the U.S.

Debbie has had a distinguished career where she has held assignments of increasing scope and responsibility in program and engineering personnel management. She has performed across a broad range of customer sets in multiple disciplines and on a variety of complex systems. Her experience includes software development, system engineering, functional management, program management, subcontractor management and proposal development.

Ms. McKenna earned a Bachelor of Science degree in physics from the University of California, Los Angeles, a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering from Northeastern University and an executive master’s in business administration from the University of California, Los Angeles. Additionally, Ms. McKenna is an NG executive sponsor for UCLA.
