The United States is in a new Cold War era. It may be a bold statement, but it is one that the vast majority of attendees at the CyberSatGov conference agreed with on Wednesday, by a show of hands.

FCC Chairwoman Jessica Rosenworcel proposed an effort to reorganize the FCC, creating a new Space Bureau to better support the rapidly developing commercial satellite industry.
